Focused on accessing the inaccessible, you will be working within a fun, friendly and exclusive team booking front row seats at fashion shows, UK and worldwide restaurant bookings and last-minute requests such as impossible-to-book theatre tickets or spur of the moment chartered yachts. Lifestyle Reservations Consultant responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from members and offering an efficient and professional service when dealing with requests - Raising awareness of products and exclusive services e.g. Film Premiers and sporting events - Advising on and confirming any reservations relating to a Lifestyle enquiry i.e. restaurant, theatre, sporting events, concert bookings etc. Lifestyle Consultant skills required: - Computer literate - use of internet, e-mail & Microsoft package or equivalent - Impeccable customer service and communication skills - A genuine interest in arts, music, sport, film or theatre is desired - Previous experience working in a call centre environment is preferred Additional Information: - This position is starting on 28th April or 27th May - Opening hours are 8.00am and 8.00pm based on shifts, Monday to Saturday - Salary is GBP16,300 plus a shift allowance of GBP720 per year (depending on the hours worked) plus excellent benefits - Full training is provided in house and will last approximately two weeks to provide you with the skills required If you fit the above criteria and would like to apply, please call Sharon on 01293 605447, apply online or email your CV to sharonw@candm.co.uk quoting SW391 |
