An award winning global business travel organisation with offices across the UK and whom employ professional, customer service minded individuals are now looking for a Business Travel Consultant to join their team in central Aberdeen offering the successful Business Travel Consultant a basic salary of up to GBP22,000 dependant on experience alongside an excellent benefits package Within the role of Business Travel Consultant you will - Account manage a mixture of business travel accounts - Offer excellent customer service at all times ensuring clients needs are met and surpassed - Give additional advice and support to your clients to assist them in their bookings - Ensure all relevant documentation and systems are accurate Ideal candidates for this Business Travel Consultant role will have - Excellent experience of working within the travel industry from either Business Travel, Tour Operations & Reservations or similar travel industry disciplines - Solid Customer Services experience - Strong attention to detail - Experience in using a CRS Successful applicants will be given full training on the products and internal systems training including cross training of CRS - GDS systems Working Monday - Friday, normal office hours the successful Business Travel Consultant will be rewarded with an initial starting salary of up to GBP22,000 dependant on experience alongside an additional, excellent benefits package.
