An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this established and growing longhaul tailor made specialist as a Air product supervisor. You will based in a great location in central London working with a professional and friendly team. You will be a hands on supervisor looking after a team of 2, they will pay a basic salary of up to 22k + benefits. Air product supervisors duties -To work closely with the air product manager, sales manager, sales staff, admin and ticketing teams as well as the airlines -Looking after the day to day questions and issues of a small team -Ensure airfares are added to the sytem in a timely and accurate manner -Action fare ammendments, updates and deletions -Liaise with sales staff or sales manager to make them aware of new fares -Supply fares information to the marketing department -Assist staff with queries on airline rulings -Liaise with airlines staff to resolve problems -Develop and maintain a good rapport with airlines and their staff |
