Prestigious and award winning business travel company seeking experienced Customer Services Co-ordinator for Manchester city centre offices. Salary up to GBP18,000 plus excellent and varied benefits As a Customer Services Co-ordinator you will Be responsible for all incoming queries and complaints from passengers from airlines and flights for all offices. Create and maintain spreadsheets to log all incoming and outgoing communications Establish and build rapport with clients and suppliers customer services teams Provide a fast and accurate initial response to clients within 24 hours Chase suppliers for replies to complaints/queries Circulate supplier information and feedback to key members of staff on a regular basis Identify potential future customer service issues and production prevention solutions Know when to escalate complaints for the Operations Managers involvement Liaise with Reservations and Training in order to avoid future customer service issues arising In you role as a Customer Services Co-ordinator you will ideally have: Experience of working within a customer service environment within the travel industry is essential Knowledge of Amadeus, MTS and AVAYA is desirable Knowledge of nett fares and ticketing is desirable Excellent written and spoken communication skills Excellent MS Word and Excel skills In return for your role as a Customer Services Co-ordinator you will Receive a salary of up to GBP18,000 dependent on previous experience gained Benefits - Pension, monthly attendance allowance, bonus scheme, private medical cover plus much more!
