The Market Leader in Business Travel is looking for an ART (application, relocation & temporary housing) Program co-ordinator based in Reading. The role will be based in the clients offices. The successful candidate will not just be booking travel but setting up and implementing this new department. The position will have elements on the operational side, project management and account management. ART Program Co-ordinator responsibilities: - Assist with set up & collaborate with client on new ART Program Procedures. - Establish booking process for air, hotel, car rental & extended housing/accommodation in conjunction with client. - Co-ordinate all air, hotel, car rental & extended housing travel arrangements with third party re-location vendor in case of relocation. - H1B visa terminations & repatriations. - Managing home leave & emergency travel for all international assignees & transfers. - Advise booking options. - Ensure correct scripting & back office set up to ensure reporting needs are met. Skills Required: - Strong travel industry background (preferably in business travel). - CRS knowledge, strong Microsoft office, word & Excel. - Strong communication skills. - Process minded and able to present ideas in a professional manner.
