With a growing fleet sailing around the Mediterranean in the summer months and to date spending the winter in the tropical waters of Brazil, this leading cruise company are currently recruiting a Sales Operations Controller to work in their offices in Greater Manchester. The role of Sales Operations Controller offers an attractive basic salary of up to GBP15,000.00 depending on your experience. Within the role of Sales Operations Controller you will - Develop strong working relationships with internal and overseas departments - Accurately load all selling systems with all flight, accommodation and pricing data - Provide on time and accurate communication of itinerary information - Communicate regularly to your line manager ensuring that they are aware of any issues - Offer the highest level of customer service to every customer at all times ensuring that you resolve any customer service call with a satisfactory conclusion To be successful in the role of Sales Operations Controller you will - Have strong PC skills specifically Excel - Be extremely well organised with strong attention to detail - Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Have an excellent telephone manner You will work Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30 where you must allow some flexibility to these hours during key periods The successful Sales Operations Controller will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary of up to GBP15,000.00 dependent on your experience.
