This car rental broker launched in April 2000 and are able to select from the best car rental companies around the world, both international and regional, with a wide range of quality vehicles. They have band new modern offices based in North West London and are currently recruiting for an Account Payable Broker Clerk. Account Payable Broker Clerk Responsibilities: * Process their key broker invoices each month * Using the operating system to upload and prepare reports * Checking calculations against credit notes and ensuring that the correct amounts are paid in a timely manner for monthly rentals * Identifying potential issues and problems for management consideration * To provide ad-hoc cover for non broker AP including preparation and payment of the weekly payment run and customer charge backs Account Payable Broker Clerk skills required: * Previous experience within a financial role * Financial qualifications / Accounts degree * Account payable experience Additional information: * Salary up to GBP17K * Based North West London To apply for the role of Accounts Payable Broker Clerk please either apply online, e-mail your c.v to amyg@candm.co.uk or call Amy on 020 7397 1264 quoting ref: AG666 |
