This award winning long haul tour operator who are now opening shops across Suffolk are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to work in their Retail Store in Ipswich. Customer Service Supervisor Responsibilities: -Offering face to face and telephone advice to customers and booking their holidays accordingly -Providing exceptional service -Maximising sales and customer holiday experience by suggesting excursions, upgrades etc - Working closely alongside the Customer Service Manager. - Supervising a small retail team. - Compaliant handling.
