| Description: |
This senior analyst position is based in Derbyshire with an international award winning airline. The position is part of their departments growth plans and will work within the revenue optimisation systems team. You will address many of the reporting functions currently undertaken by revenue management and at the same time improve the forecasting within the department. Key responsibilities include: · weekly analysis to produce regular reporting/commentary on performance · improving revenue/passenger forecasting · analysing revenue management systems forecasts and recommending adjustments where necessary · supporting revenue management route analysts with forecasting and market review etc Applicants should be educated to degree standard, or equivalent, be commercially aware and have previous experience in a commercial/analytical environment. The successful applicant should be an enthusiastic team member, an effective decision maker, have a high level of accuracy in their work and attention to detail, have a well organised, logical approach, show a high degree of numerical and analytical ability, be able to prioritise workload without direction and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
