Established, well known multinational Car Hire Company seeking Customer Service Representative with excellent customer service and sales skills in their Carlisle Branch. Working Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, with overtime available and up to a GBP1000 bonus a year. Plus a great opportunity to work for a leading company, which has numerous areas for progression. Successful Customer Service Representatives have previously come from a Customer Service or Sales background and possess a fabulous personality, strong customer service skills and with drive and determination to succeed. As a Customer Service Representative you will be taking general Car hire enquires & making car hire reservations and sales, giving excellent customer service and using your selling skills to up sell and switch sell when possible. In return, this leading Car hire company will provide you with a competitive salary up to GBP 13,000, the opportunity for over time (ote upto GBP15.5k) and progression and is also happy to provide opportunities to work in various locations within the company to gain more knowledge and experience.
