An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this award winning travel company based in a great location in central London as a sales and marketing assistant. You will be working in a friendly and professional team reporting into the sales and marketing manager. They will pay up to 20k for a qualified marketing professional with some marketing experience preferably with the travel industry. Sales and marketing asistants duties -Working with the product supervisor to ensure that agent marketing is delivered effectively and within agreed budgets. -Communication of product offers to key accounts -Updating database -To coordinate procedures of all major companies events -To compile weekly analysis of responses to advertising -Distribute news letters -To amend and create adverts for agents partners -To manage the distribution of images/logos/branding to key agent partners -Design weekly sales e mails -Handle trade and consulmer enquiries -To arrange and coordinate VIP dinners skills required -Marketing qualifications -marketing work experience preferably in travel -Outstanding written and verbal communication skills -High level of proficiency in work,excel,outlook,powerpoint,quark express and dreamweaver.
