This amazing 5* property is the award-winning owner and operator of some of the world¿s most prestigious hotels and resorts. They are now operating over 10,000 rooms in 23 countries with 16 hotels in Asia, 14 in the USA and 9 in Europe and North Africa. They are looking for a reservation agent to join their fantastic team in London. Reservation Agent: Responsibilities: - ensuring that standards of personal appearance, grooming and conduct are an example to the team and provide a professional image for guests. - answering to the incoming telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner. - having full knowledge of all rates, (rack, negotiated and promotional etc.), room types, overall hotel product and hotel¿s primary competition.
