This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced travel Customer Services Manager to join this leading Online travel tour operatour. This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service Manager, looking for the next challenge, who has managed a team of 30 plus. This is a large growing company who are expanding because of their own success. They are offering an excellent basic salary of up to GBP60k basic, with a discretionary bonus of up to 25%, depending on experience.These are exciting times and a chance that should not to be missed. Head of Customer Services Manager - Duties: -Making sure all the staff under you are working correctly in each section -Running the department, managing the team, staff training -Responsible for overall supervision of Customer Services Departments Skills Required -An experienced Customer Service Managers back ground within the travel sector -Previous experience of running a team of 25 + and up to 60 and more staff -Call centre experience would be a benefit -Personally driven, highly organised with strong leadership and a commanding presence -Excellent communication skills along with good motivational skills Additional Information -Basic salary up to GBP60k along with a company bonus of up to 25% depanding on experience, paid holiday leave and car parking space -Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturdays are 9am to 4pm with bank holidays off This is a great opportunity and one that shouldnt be missed.
