Within the role of Senior Business Travel Consultant you will - Manage a small portfolio of business travel clients - Offer exceptional customer service at all times ensuring clients needs are met and surpassed - Support your colleagues ensuring a team working environment is maintained at all times - Ensure that all bookings are made effectively dependant on the business travel clients needs Ideal candidates for this Senior Business Travel Consultant will have - Excellent experience of working within the travel industry from either Business Travel, Tour Operations & Reservations or similar travel industry disciplines - Solid Customer Services experience - Strong attention to detail - Ideally experience in Marine Travel Reservations and Fares Successful applicants will be given full training on the products and services offered alongside systems training including CRS systems Working Monday - Friday, normal office hours the successful Business Travel Consultant will be rewarded with an initial starting salary of up to GBP23,000 dependant on experience and skills.
