This newly established independent travel company are looking for a Travel Consultant to be based in their Travel office in central Crawley. Offering a competitive salary plus performance related bonus, their focus will be on offering a premium customer service to every customer. Travel Consultant responsibilities: - Booking a mixture of leisure and business to business travel arrangements - Communicating with customers by email, telephone and occasionally face to face. - Booking travel reservations using Worldspan reservation system - Advising customers on worldwide travel, passport and visa requirements and all other related travel queries Travel Consultant experience and skills required: - Travel Industry experience in either retail travel, tour operator reservations or call centre is essential - Knowledge of Worldspan, Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre would be beneficial but is not essential as full training would be given Additional Information - Basic salary is GBP15,000 - GBP18,000 plus performance related boonus (salary is dependent on experience) - Benefits: Travel benefits, 20 days holiday + bank holiday (rising to 25 after 1 year service) To apply for this Travel Consultant role, please call Sharon on 01293 605447 or email sharonw@candm.co.uk quoting ref SW384 |
