This innovative and expanding travel company in Surrey are looking for a Customer Relations Manager to lead their busy Customer Relations team. On top of an excellent salary of up to GBP35k you will also be rewarded with excellent benefits and a friendly working environment just 5 minutes walk from the station. Customer Relations Manager Responsibilities: Manage and co-ordinate Customer Services Team by ensuring swift resolution of customer complaints Investigate new and ongoing complaints with suppliers and other departments Handle and resolve correspondence and assess compensation and refunds Customer Relations Manager Skills Required: Extensive experience in customer relations or customer service within the travel industry including responding to post departure customer complaints in writing. Proven letter writing skills with knowledge of the ABTA code of conduct.
