FIT Reservations Supervisor Excellent opportunity for an FIT Reservations Supervisor to join this expanding tour operator in their FIT Reservations department. This is an excellent opportunity for an FIT Reservations agent looking for the next step and the chance to join a great company. They are based in Central London and have a very fun and friendly office. This person will also get the chance to travel and make a real difference in an excellent company. FIT Reservations Supervisor - responsibilities: - Dealing with Individual reservations (accommodation, theatre tickets, transfers, tours and attractions) - Communicating with hotel staff by phone, fax and email, making hotel reservations, requesting special conditions etc - Negotiating rates & dealing with any cancellations and amendments etc - Distributing and coordinating all FIT requests to the reservations team according to agentsneeds and work volume. - Producing daily reports and helping with training needs of the agents. FIT Reservations Supervisor skills required: - Previous experience in travel reservations is ESSENTIAL (either for a hotel group, tour operator, travel agent etc) - Bilingual in another language would be an advantage, although not essential - A good knowledge of Word and Excel and excellent communication skills - Previous experience of FIT bookings preferred To apply for the position of FIT Reservations Supervisor please email your CV to russellt@candm.co.uk, or apply online.
