Product Support Executive - Duties - Assist the Product Managers and Product Development Manager to research, cost and write up material for the website that is not featured in the core brochures. - Take responsibility for the non-brochure website content for specific product areas - Assist the Product Managers with production of reports such as the Brochure Tour Competitor Analysis and FIT Competitor Analysis. Collecting relevant information and collating in the required format - Assist the Product Manager during the brochure production process. For example, writing copy for hotel portfolio pages Product Support Executive- Skills Required - Good copy writing skills - Proactive and good use of initiative - High level of organisational skills - Excellent communication skills - Awareness of competitor product development and product trends - Excellent attention to detail - Experience of CRS an advantage Further Product Support Executive Information - In return for your commitment, you will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary of up to GBP24,319.
