Specialist travel company in the centre of Brighton is looking for an experience manager who is passionate about customer service to join their successful team. As Customer Service Manager, you will manage a team of pre-departure Customer Service Advisors, ensuring customers requirements are met and exceeded and first class customer service is delivered. You will help to ensure all issues are resolved and prevent complaint escalation. You will provide leadership, motivation and development to the Customer Service Team, supporting the direction of the company and ensuring strategic objectives are met.
