FAB GROUPS PERSON NEEDED FOR CENTRAL LONDON OFFICE!! This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established well-known travel company in their group reservations department. You will be working in a small team looking after land arrangements to various European destinations for a niche luxury market. This is a temp or temp to perm position starting ASAP. Group Travel Specialist Responsibilities: * Maximise sales revenue of the company by sending out suitable offers/quotes and converting them to bookings * Qualifying client�s needs and matching to our product base so to ensure that the best possible itinerary is planned * Increase sales revenue by suggesting additional services are maximized * Follow up offers/quotes to ensure client expectations are more than met with the purpose of maximising conversion rates * Issue correct documentation (e.g. invoices, vouchers and general information) * Ensure payment for bookings is collected in accordance with company requirements * Handling customer feedback and ensuring supplier�s invoices are according to agreed contracts Group Travel Specialist Qualifications Required: * Experience dealing with a niche luxury market, ideally hotels/ground arrangements * Excellent telephone manner * To work under pressure whilst maintaining a focus on excellent customer service * Must be able to work on own initiative or as part of a team * A high standard of written and spoken English * You will be customer focused and friendly, with an outgoing personality with a confident and persuasive sales persona * Previous experience in working to tight deadlines Additional Information: * Hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm * Salary is GBP9-10 per hour, depending on experience * This office is located closeby to rail, tube and bus links * This position is starting ASAP If you fit the above criteria and would like to apply for this role, please email your CV to catherinem@candm.co.uk or call Catherine on 02073971294 and quote ref CA337. |
