Specialist tour operator in the centre of Brighton is looking to expand their busy customer focused sales team. They offer a great working environment, competitive salary and a Monday to Friday work pattern. As Tour Co-ordinator you will act as the key contact for group travel organisers ensuring their needs are met and they receive first class customer service. You will be responsible for putting together tailor made travel itineraries for groups; arranging hotel, transfers, rail, flights etc. You will liase with other departments to ensure the booking is completed and any post-booking issues or questions are dealt with efficiently. To be a great Tour Co-ordinator, you will have proven experience in the travel industry with a sound knowledge of European cities. You will be a great sales person with a passion for delivery first class customer service. Experience working in a corporate or group travel environment would be an advantage as would an additional language (French, Spanish or English) Working hours, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:15 (but some flexibility may be required at busy times) In return for you commitment, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and great working environment in the centre of Brighton.
