Founded in 1998 having won a place in the top 20 of The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 and one of the UKs leading online travel companies offering some of the best deals available on the internet for discount hotels and flights, employing over 100 staff is now looking to recruit a Call Centre Sales and Reservations Manager to manage call centre sales and fulfilment in their head office in Sheffield. The Call Centre Sales and Reservations Manager will - Lead, manage, train and motivate a team of reservations sales consultants alongside customer services and operations staff - Report to directors weekly on sales and operational issues along with KPIs - Setup, analysis, and review of inbound and outbound calls - Setup of best-practise standards for sales and customer services - Analyse and management of external call centre - Review and further refinement of training procedures. Individuals that have been successful within similar roles of Sales &Reservations Manager have - Experience in travel and/or management of a large call centre - High quality of customer service - Ability to recognise new revenue opportunities - Proven experience in motivation, reward, and mentoring key personnel - Good understanding of the basics of profit and loss The successful Call Centre Sales and Reservations Manager will be rewarded an excellent basic salary dependant on experience and the opportunity to grow and develop your career as the business expands further.
