This company is a leading tour operator and one of the most widely recognised Travel brands across the industry who are now looking for an Assisstant Branch Manager. Within the role of Assistant Retail Travel Branch Manager you will - Assist the Retail Travel Store Manager to increase productivity of the store - Performance manage a team of approximately 5 Travel Consultants to inspire, motivate and encourage self development - Achieve all personal and store targets - Be aware of competitor activity and have the ability to make reservations in all areas of retail travel. To be successful in the role of Assistant Retail Travel Branch Manager you will - Have the ability to be a very competent Assistant Retail Travel Branch Manager, displaying a very hands on approach coaching and developing staff at all times - Be motivated and have the ability to exceed challenging sales targets - Have a proven track record of excellent customer service skills Ideally you will be well travelled and a bright and enthusiastic individual. This role would particularly suit those who have continually been a top performer, high-flyer or senior travel consultant in a retail travel environment who is now looking for the next step up. We would also welcome applications from individuals who have already been in the role of Assistant Branch Manager, Travel Manager or Team Manager who has the ability to maximise profit margins. In return for this you will receive a basic salary of up to 15,500 dependent on experience plus OTE GBP20K with company benefits such as concessionary holidays.
