| Description: |
We are looking for an experienced Operations Controller to join our busy team. This challenging and demanding role will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the Companys VIP Charter flying programme. Hours will be based on a rotating shift pattern including weekends and Public Holidays. Applicants must have at least 3 years experience in an operations environment with a minimum of 1 years experience as an Operations Controller. Preference will be given to applicants with either an FAA Dispatch licence or a City & Guilds 7280 Advanced Airline Operations qualification. Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining a comprehensive and accurate flight watch of all Company aircraft movements. Maintain weather and NOTAM watch Arrange aircraft handling and over flight permits, crew accommodation and transport. Managing day to day crew rostering A good standard of IT is essential familiarity with Jeppview, Universal flight planning is desirable Applicants must be well organised, able to work on their own initiative, under pressure and capable of communicating at all levels |
