Salary is depenent on experience plus full benefit package including a pensions scheme, private health cover and health club membership. The organisation is a world leader in their field with 20 offices worldwide. Due to expansion they have the need to recruit an Operations Duty Officer and are looking for someone who is as passionate about aviation as we are. The 24-hour Operations department is responsible for out of hours broking, flight watching and flight operations. The flight operations product provides flight-planning services; permit application and ground handling and accommodation co-ordination. Working 12 hour shift pattern. Involves flight watching and customer liaison for the companies flying programmes. Aircraft broking to include airline sub-charters, air ambulance and last minute business travel bookings. Ideally we require you to have Minimum of 12 months experience in airline operations or airport environment with customer interface essential. Customer focused Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Numerate PC literate Team player Adaptable Highly motivated Knowledge and understanding of airline operational procedures and systems Good standard of worldwide geographic knowledge |
