This award winning tour operator in Surrey is looking for an innovative and highly motivated individual with high attention to detail. They offer a competitive salary, great travel benefits and a fantastic friendly working environment As Operations Consultant you will be dealing with a range of customer issues, ensuring first class customer service is delivered at all times. Other key Operations Consultant responsibilities include: -Work as part of a team to provide back-up and support to our agents overseas with the handling of all queries / in resort situations with same day turnaround. -Speak & correspond with clients in resort directly as appropriate. -Assist with notification to clients of changes. -Maintain excellent communication skills with both our internal and external customers. -Take a pro-active approach to refunds / compensation and reclaim as applicable -Work as part of a team to assist in emergency / crisis situations. -Provide support to the Helpdesk / Sales teams by answering calls during peak periods and at other times dependent on business demands. -Assist the Customer Services Division by providing back up in other areas of Operations & Customer Services during peak times. To be a great Operations Consultant you will have previous experience in the travel industry with a working knowledge of Galileo (or similar CRS). You will have great customer service experience with the ability to think on your feet and stay calm in difficult situations.
