An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a dynamic, expanding travel company who have been established for the past 15 years. This Travel Company have won numerous awards and is now the largest independent travel group in the UK. Due to the growth we are currently looking to recruit Customer service advisors to work within the reservations department, supporting the Europe and Caribbean teams. The company offers free parking, formal induction training, a contributory pension scheme, childcare vouchers, excellent staff concessions and promote within their own company from their staff who show potential. Within the role of customer Service Advisor you will - Work in a call centre environment, - Provide customer service support to the Telesales function of this company - Liase with Customers and Tour Operators, dealing with issues and queries - Effectively manage holiday queries and issues with set SLAs The successful Customer Service Advisor will have - Strong customer service skills - The ability to work with attention to detail in a fast paced, call centre environment - Previously worked as a Customer Service advisor, Travel Consultant, either in a call centre, retail travel agents or Tour operators - Experience in using Viewdata This role may suit someone who is wanting to make the cross over from reservations consultant, retail travel advisor or sales consultant to a non sales role. You will work from the hours of 09.00am - to 17.45pm over 5 days, Monday - Saturday. Successful Customer Service Advisors will earn a salary of up to GBP14,000 depending on experience and be entitled to the companies excellent benefits too!
