An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a dynamic, expanding established travel company. This Travel Company have won numerous awards and are now one of the largest independent travel group in the UK and due to expansion are opening new offices in the South Manchester, Stockport area. Due to the growth we are currently looking to recruit Travel industry Telesales people to work in new reservations offices selling Europe and the Caribbean. The company offers free parking, although only a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station, a contributory pension scheme, childcare vouchers, excellent staff concessions and the opportunity to earn excellent commission based on a percent of the profit you earn for the company (uncapped!) Earn in access of GBP25,000 a year! Within the role of Travel Telesales Agent you will - Work in a sales environment in a call centre, booking holidays to Europe and the Caribbean - Make reservations for flights, hotels and car hire using dynamic packaging - Use the Internet and Viewdata to make holiday sales - Have the drive to meet and exceed set sales targets and call conversion targets - Provide a high standard of customer service at all times The successful Travel Telesales Agent will have - Preferably a Travel Call Centre, Travel Telesales, or Reservations Travel Consultant background - A proven track record of working towards and hitting Call Centre, sales and call conversion targets - Experience of selling Europe or Caribbean destinations - The drive to be a high achiever and be money motivated Basic salary for this role would depend on Travel Telesales Agent level of experience, but a successful Call Centre, Telesales Travel Consultant would expect to be paid up to GBP14,000 plus be rewarded with a competitive commission scheme, as well as company benefits.
