Senior Group Sales Executive - GBPexcellent salary - Central London. Are you a fantastic Senior Sales professional who know the UK travel market inside out? One of the worlds leading and most established hotel wholesalers is currently looking for a Senior Group Sales Executive to drive sales and source new business. This role offers excellent career prospects and a generous salary and benefits package. Senior Group Sales Executive responsibilities: - Negotiate and manage group customer accounts - Reach commercial judgements on pricing and costing to maximise revenue and profit to department. - Control daily number of quotes and send to Costing department - Explore new client and market opportunities - Get trained and be fully versant in all relevant systems and applications to perform the role of Sales Executive effectively - Gather information and monitor service levels and forecast financially. - Qualify and develop sales leads with existing and new clients Senior Group Sales Executive skills required: - Experience in a sales and/or operations role within the UK travel or leisure industry is essential - Proven track record in Groups Travel Sales - Proven commercial awareness of hotel pricing, service and travel industry issues. - Knowledge of leading European and worldwide group travel destinations - Language skills would be an advantage. - Ability to negotiate with clients and internal suppliers. - Organised & efficient approach to workloads. - Team player, with flexible and adaptable approach.
