An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a dynamic, expanding established travel company. This Travel Company have won numerous awards and are now one of the largest independent travel group in the UK and due to expansion are opening new offices in the South Manchester, Stockport area. Due to the growth we are currently looking to recruit Tailor-made Travel specialists to work in new reservations offices tailor-making and selling holidays to the Far East and round the world. The company offers free parking, although only a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station, a contributory pension scheme, childcare vouchers, excellent staff concessions and the opportunity to earn excellent commission based on a percent of the profit you earn for the company (uncapped!) Earn in access of GBP30,000 a year! Within the role of Tailor-made Travel specialist you will - Work in a sales environment in a call centre, tailor-making holidays to the Far East and round the world. - Make reservations for multi complex flight itineraries, Long haul hotels and car hire using a CRS - Use the CRS - Worldspan to make holiday sales - Have the drive to meet and exceed set sales targets and call conversion targets - Provide a high standard of customer service at all times showing enthusiasm and knowledge about the product you are selling. The successful Tailor-made Travel specialist will have - Preferably a Travel Call Centre, Travel Telesales, or Reservations Travel Consultant background - Experience of tailor making, multi destination complex holiday itineraries as well as knowledge of net and consolidated fares. - Using a CRS, ideally Worldspan - A proven track record of working towards and hitting Call Centre, sales and call conversion targets - Experience of selling either the Far East or round the world - The drive to be a high achiever and be a money motivated individual Basic salary for this role would depend on Tailor-made experience, but a successful Tailor-made Travel Consultant would expect to be paid up to GBP16,000 plus be rewarded with a competitive commission scheme, as well as company benefits.
