One of the UKs most successful online travel companies with modern city centre offices in Manchester offering a dynamic and very professional work environment are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services and Sales Support Manager in a newly created role due their continual growth and success offering a basic salary of between GBP 23,000 - GBP 25,000 plus an additional performance related bonus Within the role of Customer Services and Sales Support Manager you will - Lead, manage, train and motivate a team of administration and customer service professionals - Deliver a world-class service in customer services - Train and recruit additional customer services professionals - Be responsible for the whole operation in the absence of the director - Deal with any escalated issues from customers or suppliers Individuals that have been successful within similar roles of Customer Services and Sales Support Manager have - Excellent management experience gained from within the travel industry and having been responsible for the customer services and sales support administration function - The confidence to manage the day-to-day customer services operation - An understanding of complex operational processes and procedures within travel - Strong commercial acumen The successful Customer Services and Sales Support Manager will be rewarded an excellent basic salary dependant on experience of around GBP 23,000 and GBP 25,000 and the opportunity to grow and develop your career as the business expands further.
