With over 20 years experience in arranging holidays to the Caribbean this luxury Tour Operator with a portfolio featuring over 80 luxury hotels and 400 personally selected villas throughout the Caribbean and whom pride themselves on their vast specialist knowledge are currently looking for a Travel Sales Consultant to join their small and friendly team. The successful Specialist Travel Sales Consultant will - Provide excellent product knowledge of the Caribbean - Pride themselves in offering a first class service - Tailor clients specific needs to personalise their requirements - Meet set sales targets Candidates that have been successful in the past and that have become a Specialist Sales Travel Consultant have - Experience in travel sales having either worked within the role as a reservations consultant for a tour operator - Longhaul product knowledge ideally Caribbean but not essential - Ideally CRS experience - Strong attention to detail - Excellent customer services skills with a proven track record in sales. The successful individual will be rewarded an excellent basic salary dependant on experience of up to GBP 16,000 with potential to earn an additional bonus based on performance with an overall OTE of GBP 17,500. Youll also benefit from excellent FAM trips to the Caribbean.
