One of the UKs largest corporate travel organisations with an excellent reputation for delivering global business travel solutions to their clients are currently looking for a Business Travel Centre Manager for one of their prestigious clients in Derby. Within the role of Business Travel Centre Manager you will assume responsibility for the day to day management of Service Delivery to deliver the highest level of quality service by - Leading the business travel operation in all service delivery metrics and that the team offer excellent customer service at all times - Training, developing and performance managing all staff within the centre - Sustaining customer value loyalty - Being the single point of contact for clients and customers on Service Delivery issues / escalations and take accountability to remedy any service failures - Implementing rigorous call monitoring process and other measurement tracking - Creating the best place to work and pro-actively and consistently manage employee attrition and absenteeism Ideal candidates for this Business Travel Centre Operations Manager role will have - Excellent experience of working within the travel industry from within a business and corporate travel operational management background - Excellent communication skills and relationship management skills for both internal and external clients, customers and other business functions - Strong negotiation and influencing skills - The ability to motivate and develop staff to optimise most effective use of resource - Proven verbal and written communications skills Working Monday - Friday, normal office hours the successful Business Travel Centre Operations Manager will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary dependant on experience alongside a full benefits package as you would expect from a leading corporate travel services organisation To apply for this unique opportunity as Business Travel Operations Manager call JASON on 0161 238 4496, email your CV to jason.smith@candm.co.uk or apply below |
