The worlds leading Tour Operator offering exclusive, long distance private luxury rail journeys to worldwide destinations for the adventure traveller to fabulous, and often remote, destinations in style are currently recruiting for a newly created role to assist with increased business demands due to continual success and growth. The role of Customer Services Administrator will be based in their South Manchester office near Altrincham and offers a basic salary of up to GBP20,000 dependant on experience alongside free car parking and excellent working hours, Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm. Within the role of Customer Services Administrator you will - Be responsible for looking after Chinese, Indian and Canadian tours - Provide high quality service to all customers by providing post reservation information and documentation including changes to tour itineraries, accommodation etc - Assist in visa information and queries - Liase with travel agents - Fulfil other general administration duties and letters as required. Individuals that have been successful within the role of Customer Services Administrator have - Have worked within the travel industry within a customer service and administration type role ideally having ideally worked for a Tour Operator - Strong attention to detail - Excellent telephone manner and experience of dealing with high-end customers - High personal standards of work, - Be an excellent communicator Working Monday - Friday, normal office hours with a basic salary of up to GBP20,000 per annum, alongside free car parking.
