Our well-known independent business travel (BT) client are currently looking for an experienced business travel reservations consultant to join their busy busines travel team in Aberdeen. Business Travel (BT) Reservations Consultant Responsibilities: - Tailor-making travel itineries for business travel clients and make reservations for flights, hotels, car hire and domestic/ European rail - Handling all business travel customer services queries including amendments to bookings, cancellations and visa/ passport requirements - Liasing with the operations division to handle all ticketing and refunds queries, and ensuring a high standard of customer services at all times Business Travel (BT) Reservations Consultant Skills Required: - Strong experience working in a similar business travel reservations consultant environment making reservations for scheduled flights and ancillaries - Have a good working knowledge of the Galileo system (my client may cross-train from another GDS, CRS) - Be very customer focussed, have great attention to detail, and be able to work to tight deadlines when required - Previous fares & ticketing experience would prove an advantage, but not essential Additional Business Travel (BT) Reservations Consultant Information: - Hours of work: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (plus 1 in 8 Saturdays) - Great company benefits To apply for the position of business travel (BT) reservations consultant opportunity please call JASON on 0161 238 4496, email jason.smith@candm.co.uk or apply below |
