Established and Prestigious Travel Company with offices in Bolton Town centre, seeking a Helpdesk Consultant. Salary from 14K + excellent and varied benefits package As a Helpdesk Consultant you will: Work as part of a team in the Helpdesk department The role is to provide remote staff and their customers with help and support for example: Making reservations Dealing with reservation issues - e.g. system problems Booking add ons - e.g. insurance and car hire Dealing with holiday problems - missed flights, overbooking of accommodation once a holiday-maker has arrived at resort, accidents, illness etc As a Helpdesk Consultant you will have: Previous experience in reservations and customer services in the travel industry This role may appeal to those who are based in the travel industry and would prefer a change from dealing with people face to face Experience as a Retail Travel Consultant would be advantageous Excellent customer service skills is essential for this role In return for your role as a Helpdesk Consultant you will: Salary from GBP14,000 dependent on previous experience Working a 5 days week Monday to Saturday (working 1 in 4 or 5 Saturdays) Working a rolling shift of 9am to 5.30pm and 9.30am to 6pm Benefits include subsidized car parking, free lunches, pension, life insurance, private healthcare, STL and discretionary annual bonus plus more!
