A Business Travel Company who focus on service, efficiency, quality and value are looking for knowledge, passionate, engaging and fun Business Travel Consultants. With 4 regional locations, 220 employees of which are Travel Consultants working on specialist teams or multi skilled Business Travel Consultants. They pride themselves on attracting and maintaining the most talented in the business offering the opportunity to enjoy a challenging and successful career. You will be taking enquires from existing Business Travel clients over the telephone, making reservations for domestic and international schedules flights, hotel accommodation, car hire & domestic/European rail. Having regular customers which you can build a strong rapport with and follow the enquiry through to booking stage. As a Senior member of the team you will be working closely with others, supporting and assisting with your Business Travel knowledge. Deliverling consistent and high quality travel reservation service to a wide range of corporate clients. To be successful in this role you will be a good team player and be able to work with your own initiative, be adaptable - working on a wide variety of accounts and ideally have a sense of humour. We are looking for candidates with a strong Business Travel background with full knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus and Rail systems. In return you will receive a salary up to GBP18k dependent on experience. You will be working Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730 in an ideal location only 5-10 minute walk from the city centre. You will be entitled to a pension, healthcare scheme and 23 days holidays raising with length of service.
