This well established Car Rental / Hire Specialist have been running for over 35 years and started as a family run company and now currently has over 90 office locations, With them continually growing this will provide increased career opportunities and security for each of their employees, upon whom the Companys future success depends. We are now seeking a Branch Manager for the Edinburgh office. Retail Branch Manager Responsibilities: As the Branch Manager youll be the driving force behind the branch, a natural leader who can give good customer service and deliver the companies service promise to customers. Youll draw on your commercial knowledge to plan your branchs business formulating local marketing plans, analysing competitors estimating vehicle numbers, ensuring correct level of fleet in order to meet & exceed forecasted performance targets. Previous successful Branch Managers have had good communication skills and are able to motivate and encourage good teamwork, strong people management skills to develop their staff, enjoying a challenge and working to targets. Previous successful Branch Managers have come from roles such as Car hire Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader or Management within the Car hire Industry The salary for a Car Hire Branch Manager is between GBP20,000 to GBP25,000 plus bonus, company car, uniform & pension. Working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
