The biggest consortium of independent travel companies in the UK with a track record in offering its clients a range of luxury world wide destinations and a reputation for offering outstanding customer service is currently seeking a Reservations Travel Consultant to join their friendly and professional call centre in Stoke on Trent. You will receive a very competitive basic salary of up to GBP14,000.00 depending on experience with OTE of GBP26,400.00. Within the role of a Reservations Travel Consultant you will - Offer a service that is focused on selling through excellent use of product knowledge and matching to customer needs - Build relationships with clients in order to be able to pro-actively sell and gain a loyal client base for repeat bookings - Deliver sales targets by maximising profit and potential sales opportunities at all times whilst offering an exceptional and personalised service To be successful within the role of Reservations Travel Consultant you will - Excellent sales experience gained from within the travel industry - The ability to work to and exceed sales targets - Ability to build strong relationships with clients - Strong attention to detail - Have experience using viewdata The successful Reservations Travel Consultant will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to GBP14,000 depending on experience with OTE of GBP26,400.00.
