Recently celebrated their 5th anniversary, a Cruise specialist offering relaxed & informal cruising is expanding its itineraires, intially selling the Mediterranean & Brazil, now introducing the Caribbean - offering destinations & cruising all year round. You will be responsible for selling, processing & administrating reservations for both direct & trade customers. Offering high level of service & providing all customers with expert advise on Cruising, working to targets & maximising sales. To be successful in this role you will require previous experience in Retail Travel, Reservations or in a Call Centre environment with strong sales skills & knowledge of Cruise products. In return you will receive a basic salary of GBP12500 with the opportunity to increase your salary by an extra GBP500 each year plus commission - OTE GBP16/GBP17K pa. You will be entitled to holiday concessions, childcare vouchers, additional discounts off airlines & excursions, friends & family discount, pension scheme & healthcare. Call centre opening Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 530pm & Sunday 10am - 4pm, you will be working 5 days a week, every other weekend, on various shifts.
