A 9 month contract for a Resource Planning Workforce Co-ordinator has become available to initially cover maternity leave. Working in a Lancashire village, and set in a historic, converted textile mill with an admirable level of year on year growth and offering unparalleled access to properties across the UK and Europe, with 20 established, well-known brands, you can expect to earn up to GBP14924 p.a. working Mon - Fri 9 - 5.30. As a Resource Planning Workforce Co-ordinator, your duties will be: - To prepare call forecast using historical data - To produce models for staff requirement to meet business objectives - Determine the correct allocation of contracted hours to shifts against staffing models - Assess overtime requirements - Collate incentive and overtime payments against MPLtargets and present Payroll and Benefits manager. - Provide team leaders / managers with daily staffing levels plan and statistical information. Applicants should have experience working as a team leader or assistant team leader within a call centre, planning staffing requirements. Experience in a workforce management/resource planning department and ideally with IEX system knowledge or a similar resource or workflow planning system is desireable.
