An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this well known established tour operator as a reservations agent. You will be working in a new team of 8 as they are relocating their call centre to there London head office. They will pay a basic wage of 16k + up to 3k comm + 2 free holidays per year for 2 people, pension, health care and 20 days holidays. reservations agents responsibilities -Booking holidays to a number of worldwide destinations -Bookings hotels, flights, day trips -Dealing with all pre departure questions and problems -Providing a high level of customer service.
