An independent, friendly, Herts based business travel company is looking for a Business Travel Consultant with previous experience of a major CRS, to join their small and friendly business travel team. Business Travel (BT) Consultants Responsibilities: - Dealing with Business Travel, working on varied accounts. - Arranging and booking all travel requirements including BSP Reporting, ticketing and fare building (ideally BA 1 & 2). - You will be utilising nett, published and consolidated fares. Business Travel (BT) Consultants Skills Required: - We are looking for a Business Travel Consultant with a major CRS. (worldspan) - You must have excellent customer service skills, be forward thinking and pro-active. - Experience of the back office system, Dolphin. - Groups experience. Additional Business Travel (BT) Consultants Information: - Start, ASAP.
