An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this niche cruise operator as a groups reservations consultant based in a great locations in West London. You will be working with a friendly and professional team dealing with all the groups reservations for the company. They will pay a basic salary of up to 18k + benefits for the successful candidate. Group reservations consultants duties -Follow up group requests received from direct clinets and agents -Cost itineraries for tailor made groups -Liase with suppliers -Send out offer letters to clients with booking conditions -Upon acceptance of offer contact all suppliers requesting group space -Liaise with product deaprtment regarding cabin allocations -Liaise with flights department -Make arrangements for tour guides -Train new staff -Attend staff meetings Skills required -Experience of working for a tour operator preferably in their groups department -Amadeus experience would be ideal but they will cross train from a similar system -Clear telephone manner -Organised If you are interested in the above role please call Duncan on 0207 397 1287 quoting DT1805 or send your cv to duncant@candm.co.uk |
