Market leading airline based in South West London is currently looking for a Standards Officer. The pakage also includes regional weighting of GBP2,800 and GBP480 meal allowance. You will work in a smart, professional and friendly environment. Standards Officer Responsibilities - Required to lead the service team to promote quality. - Overseeing the customer service function. - Developing service intiatives to promote loyalty towards the brand. - Target areas of improvement, offer training and support all staff in liaison with reservations team leader. Skills Required - knowledge of the Middle East, Far East, Indian Ocean and Australasian. - Strong attention to detail. - Team player, organised & strong phone manner. - Previous travel industry experience in customer service, reservations, ticketing and training. - Good knowledge of word and excel..
