A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this independant business travel company as a team leader based in the city. You will looking after a friendly and professional team of 6/8 senior business travel consultants. They will pay a basic salary of between 28 to 35k + benefits for the successful candidate. Team leaders duties -Hands on role, handling enquiries and reservations from key clients and process tickets and other documentation required in accordance with client profiles and the companys procedures. -Offering advice and choice where appropriate for each itinerary -To enure that all channels of research are undertaken to provide maximum service to meet client expectations. -To make all changes to client itineraries on their request -Attend account management review meetings -Advise, assist and coach team members -Staff appraisals Skills required -Sabre knowledge -Ideally team leader experience within a business travel environment -Experience of implementing training and inhouse courses -Experience of working with major commercial accounts -Experience of managing accounts based on management fees. -Ability to coach/train staff -Organised -Problem solving skills -Time management skills If you are interested in the above role please call Duncan on 0207 397 1287 quoting DT1766 or send your cv to duncant@candm.co.uk |
