They are now looking for an account manager who speaks French fluently to join their busy team. Account Manager French Speaker:Responsibilities: - carry out regular account management telephone calls to key contacts to achieve the following: - build strong relationships with hotels in France ( with key contacts) in order to develop open communication flow - ensure the key contacts at the hotel understand the opportunities and resources that are available to them and ensure they embrace them, to maximise the value of membership. - the account manager needs to obtain key information from the hotels such as target markets, trends, news.. Account Manager French Speaker: Skills Required: - fluent French and English speaker - previous luxurious hotels experience in the UK or France : in front of house or sales and have a full understanding on how the hotel industry works -highly organised, self motivated, and good customer service Account Manager: addidtional information: They offer a very competitive salary with excellent benefits such as private health care after 6 months and bonus.
