They aim to become the global market leader in exclusively business class luxury long-haul air travel soon. Call Centre Agents responsibilities: - provide knowledgeable, helpful, high-quality service to high-profile customers - convert inbound customer contacts into potential sales opportunities - as a call centre agent , you will provide all customers with a sales and reservations service to compliment the high quality standards that this luxurious airline provides. Call Centre Agent skills required: -previous experience within a call centre environment within the travel industry -previous experience of working within an airline is an advantage -as a call centre agent you will have an excellent interpersonal and communications skills Additional information: It is an amazing airline to work for !! The salary will increase to 17,600 per year after 3 months probation. Also, you will go on educational trips to the US and they offer great benefits! Hours: shift work!
