This very busy retail shop is looking for a motivated retail travel consultant to join their very experienced team of 4. Retail travel consultant: Responsibilities: - selling worldwide holidays to the public on the phone or face to face - selling dynamic package - providing excellent customer services and being able to think out off the box Retail Travel Consultant: Skills Required: -previous experience within a retail travel shop or business travel company -previous CRS experience , Amadeus or Galileo knowledge would be an advantage but they can cross trained from other CRS. -confident, well spoken and friendly Additional information for the retail travel consultant role: Profit related Bonus schemes available after 1 years full service. Holiday entitlement will be 20 days rising to 25 days after 3 years Operator based incentive payments set up and paid quarterly - retail up to GBP1000 per annum.
