Night Call Centre Agent responsibilities: - provide knowledgeable, helpful, high-quality service to high-profile customers - convert inbound customer contacts into potential sales opportunities - as a night call centre agent , you will provide all customers with a sales and reservations service to compliment the high quality standards that this luxurious airline provides. Night Call Centre Agent: skills required: -previous experience within a call centre environment within the travel industry -previous experience of working within an airline is an advantage -as a night call centre agent you will have an excellent interpersonal and communications skills Additional information: It is an amazing airline to work for !!
